Before you can post a review or look anyone up, your own privacy policy and terms must say that you take part.
Add the privacy policy section and the terms clause below to your website. Note the date they go live.
In your dealer portal, open Customers, paste both page addresses, enter the date, and accept the Reviewer Agreement.
We open both pages and confirm the notice is there. You get an email when you are approved, usually within one to two business days.
Customer experience and fraud prevention program We take part in the 2AData Customer Reviews program, a private network of licensed firearms dealers. After a transaction or attempted transaction with us, we may rate our experience with you from 1 to 5 stars and describe it in writing. We share that rating and description with 2AData and with other licensed dealers in the program, together with your name, email address, phone number, city and state, and the date and type of the transaction. If a transaction involves payment fraud, such as a chargeback or an unauthorized card, we may report it to the program with supporting documents. We never share what you purchased, anything from a firearms transaction record, or the result of any background check. This information is not published on the public internet. It is visible only to 2AData and to verified dealers in the program, who may use it only in connection with a transaction you start with them. We share it to prevent fraud and to help dealers serve customers well. You can see what has been shared about you, add your own response, and dispute anything you believe is wrong at https://www.2adata.com/customer-reviews/request-my-file. Disputes are reviewed within 30 days.
Customer reviews By placing an order or starting a transaction with us, you acknowledge that we may rate and describe our experience with you, and may report documented payment fraud, through the 2AData Customer Reviews program as described in our Privacy Policy. You can view, respond to and dispute that information at https://www.2adata.com/customer-reviews/request-my-file.
This wording is a starting point, not legal advice. You are responsible for making sure your own documents are accurate and lawful where you do business, so have your attorney look them over. You may only review transactions that take place on or after the date your notice goes live. Documented payment fraud can be reported regardless of that date.
