2. Eligibility & Compliance

Our services are provided exclusively to:

• Licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders in good standing
• Authorized firearms distributors and manufacturers
• Businesses operating in full compliance with federal, state, and local firearms regulations

Clients must maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout the service period.

3. Service Delivery & Performance

2AData commits to:

• 99.9% Uptime SLA: System availability with scheduled maintenance windows
• Data Security: SOC 2 compliant security standards and encryption
• Response Times: Technical support response within 24 hours for critical issues
• Professional Implementation: White-glove service approach for all integrations

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and maintain current contact details
• Grant necessary system access for service implementation and maintenance
• Maintain compliance with all applicable firearms regulations
• Use services solely for legitimate business purposes
• Notify 2AData of any security concerns or system issues

5. Data Ownership & Usage

Data ownership and usage rights:

• Client Data: You retain ownership of all business data, inventory, and customer information
• Generated Content: AI-generated product descriptions become client property upon delivery
• Service Data: System performance metrics may be used for service improvement
• Confidentiality: All client data is protected under strict confidentiality agreements

6. Payment Terms

Professional service billing:

• Custom pricing based on specific service requirements
• Monthly or quarterly billing cycles as agreed
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment fees may apply after 30-day grace period

7. Service Modifications & Updates

2AData may update services to:

Significant changes affecting service functionality will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

2AData's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:

• Regulatory compliance beyond our direct service scope
• Consequential or indirect damages

9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client retains all data and generated content
• System access will be deactivated after final billing cycle
• Data export assistance provided during transition period
• Confidentiality obligations continue post-termination

10. Regulatory Compliance

2AData maintains compliance with applicable regulations but cannot guarantee client compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws. Clients remain solely responsible for their regulatory compliance.

11. Dispute Resolution

Business disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between parties
• Professional mediation if necessary
• Binding arbitration under commercial arbitration rules
