Your RSR dealer cost is pulled continuously. The GunBroker sync checks real-time RSR cost before pricing any listing — no stale-cost listings going live.
Dropship Order Submission
Place dropship orders to RSR programmatically. Customer ships from RSR; you never touch the package. Supported for the entire RSR dropship-eligible catalog.
Ship-to-Store (STS)
For firearms and other STS items, Trinity submits the STS order to RSR, tracks the inbound, creates the FastBound acquisition entry on receipt, and notifies the customer for pickup.
AI Fulfillment Picker — RSR-Aware
RSR's shipping rules ($20 base, $10 reduced, hazmat) are configured natively in the picker. For each order, the AI compares RSR against every other distributor and picks the cheapest source.
MAP-Locked Pricing
RSR cost updates never override MAP-locked prices. Manufacturer MAP rules apply as new RSR products enter your catalog. No accidental MAP violations from cron-driven repricing.
Why a real RSR integration matters
RSR is the largest firearms distributor in the country and probably the single most important distributor relationship for an online FFL. A weak RSR integration — one that polls infrequently, can't submit orders, or doesn't compute shipping correctly — costs an FFL real money.
Stale stock means you take orders for items RSR no longer has. Stale cost means you set listing prices below your actual margin. Manual order submission means a clerk re-typing every order from your store into RSR's portal. Wrong shipping calculations mean you under-charge and absorb the difference.
