Purpose
Two connections per distributor
To connect a distributor to your e-commerce platform, you may need two separate connections:
- Catalog / inventory feed — imports products, cost, availability, images, and specifications.
- Electronic ordering / fulfillment — sends approved orders to the distributor.
Your normal distributor website login may not work for either connection. Most distributors issue separate FTP, SFTP, API, Web Services, or fulfillment-account credentials.
Before You Start
Have these items ready
- Legal business name
- Distributor dealer or customer number
- Primary account email
- Assigned sales representative's name and email
- Platform / integrator name — use Trinity by 2AData
- Fulfillment method: ship to your premises, dropship accessories, or ship firearms to a receiving FFL
- Active FFL and resale documents, if requested
Each distributor issues credentials its own way. If a portal walkthrough isn't listed below, email your rep and ask — they'll guide you.
Phase 1 · Every distributor
The universal request process
Step 1 — Check the dealer portal
Log in to the distributor's wholesale website and look under menus like: My Account, Account Settings, Dealer Tools, Data Services, Web Services, Integrations, Developer Portal, API Tokens, or Dropship / Fulfillment. Look for actions such as Generate API Key, Create Token, Request Data Feed, or Enable Electronic Ordering.
Step 2 — Contact your sales representative
If the portal doesn't show the required credentials, contact your assigned rep. Include your dealer number and the platform name (Trinity by 2AData).
Step 3 — Escalate to the right team
If your rep is unsure, ask for: E-commerce support, Data services, Web services, Electronic ordering support, or API / EDI / IT integration support.
Subject: Request for data feed and electronic ordering credentials - Account [ACCOUNT NUMBER] Hello, I am connecting my dealer account to an external e-commerce platform through Trinity by 2AData. Please confirm and provision the credentials required for both: 1. Catalog and live inventory synchronization, and 2. Electronic ordering / fulfillment. My dealer or customer number is [ACCOUNT NUMBER]. Please provide the appropriate FTP, SFTP, API, Web Services, or fulfillment-account credentials, and confirm whether dropshipping or electronic ordering must be enabled separately. If a third-party authorization or data-release form is required, please send it to me for completion. Thank you, [NAME] [BUSINESS NAME] [PHONE]
Phase 2 · Distributor by distributor
All 21 distributors — what to ask for
Below is what each distributor issues and exactly what to request. Where a distributor has no self-serve portal, email your sales rep and ask — they'll guide you.

RSR Group
RSR places dropship orders through its Live API, which must be activated on your account. Email directconnect@rsrgroup.com (CC support@2adata.com) and ask them to activate your account(s) in the Live API for your integrator, Trinity by 2AData. Include both your main and dropship account numbers — if you don't have a dropship account, ask them to create one.

Lipsey's
Lipsey's requires a dropship-enabled account. After logging in at lipseys.com you should see a DROPSHIP SALES section at the top of the page — if you don't, that account isn't dropship-enabled and your rep needs to create one. Ask your sales rep which login / API credentials to supply.

Sports South
You need your User (a 4–5 digit number, usually the same as your Customer Number) and a Web Services Password. Email help.desk@sportssouth.biz and ask specifically for your Web Services Password — it is often initially set to your ZIP code, so try that first.

Davidson's
Davidson's supplies catalogue, inventory and quantity files over FTP (their "V2" feed). Ask your Davidson's rep for FTP access to the V2 data feed and the exact catalogue / quantity file names. Have your dealer account number and the FFL number(s) of the warehouse(s) that ship for you (they run NC and AZ). Orders are placed by hand / email, not electronically.

2nd Amendment Wholesale
Sign in to your 2nd Amendment Wholesale dealer dashboard, open Account Settings / Integration Tokens, and create a new token named Trinity by 2AData. Copy the full production API token immediately. Portal: 2ndamendmentwholesale.com/customer/integration/tokens. If the token menu isn't there, ask your rep to enable integration access.

Chattanooga (CSSI)
Chattanooga places orders using an API SID and API Token. Generate or retrieve them at developers.chattanoogashooting.com/api. If the API section isn't available yet, ask your Chattanooga sales rep to approve your account for API access first.
Crow Shooting Supply
Crow provides an SFTP account for the product / inventory feeds plus a security code and dropship code for ordering. Ask your Crow rep to enable dropship and issue API / SFTP access. You'll also need your FFL account number on file with Crow and the feed IDs for the products, attributes and inventory files.

Amchar Wholesale
Contact your AmChar rep to request API / feed access for your dealer account. Confirm dropship eligibility if you plan to ship direct to customers.

MGE Wholesale
MGE delivers its catalogue over FTP. Ask your MGE rep for FTP credentials and confirm your account is approved for dropship if you intend to ship direct to customers.

Zanders Sporting Goods
Zanders dropshipping uses separate API accounts: Firearms (FFL) and Accessories, plus an optional Ship-to-Store. Ask your Zanders rep to confirm dropshipping is enabled, then request your API passcodes (these are NOT your zanders.com website login). Heads-up: Zanders has historically charged a ~$250 dropship setup fee, refundable after a set amount of sales.

Bill Hicks & Co.
Bill Hicks' IT department adds you to the drop-ship setup. Contact Phong Moua at phong.moua@billhicksco.com — tell him you're working with Trinity (by 2AData) and give him your customer number. CC support@2adata.com so we're aware, and CC your own Bill Hicks rep for good measure.

Camfour
Log in to your Camfour account and open the Products Download link in the left-hand panel — your API Key is shown in that section.

Hicks, Inc.
Hicks uses an FTP connection. Request your FTP credentials from Hicks — the FTP username looks like #006123.

Iron Valley Supply (Bangers)
IVS uses Infor ION API (OAuth2). Ask your IVS rep for API access and the .ionapi credentials file — a small text file containing the Client ID, Secret, SAAK, SASK and Token URL. Don't retype those by hand; paste the file into the ION API parser on your distributor page.

Kinsey's
Ask your Kinsey's rep to enable API / dealer web services on your account, then request the API credentials for your dealer number.
Kroll International
Kroll uses both an API (for ordering) and SFTP (for catalogue files). Contact your Kroll rep to request API access and SFTP credentials for your dealer account.

Gunarama
Gunarama uses a REST API with a bearer token. Ask your Gunarama rep to issue an API token for your dealer account, plus the API URL they provide.

MSR Distribution
Ask your MSR rep to enable API access for your dealer account and issue your API credentials. Confirm whether your account is approved for dropship before you enable it.

Orion Wholesale
Ask your Orion rep for a connection key (your API key) for your dealer account, plus your source code if they issue one. Orion routes orders to a rep by email, so keep your rep name / email current — those addresses receive your purchase orders.

Athlon Optics
Athlon is a manufacturer we buy direct from rather than a full distributor feed. Contact your Athlon rep for dealer ordering access. (Athlon is a genuine brand name — it is never stripped from product titles.)

Tactical Gear Distributors
TGD has no API — purchase orders are emailed to your sales rep. Ask your TGD rep for the email address they want POs sent to (and their name); there are no keys or passwords to request. Set a CC to your own address to keep a copy, and test with your own address first before switching to the real rep.
Payments
Your payment gateway (merchant) credentials
Your store charges cards through your own payment gateway. Tell us which one you use and provide its API credentials:
- Authorize.Net — API Login ID + Transaction Key (Merchant Interface → Account → Settings → Security Settings → API Credentials & Keys).
- Blue Dog — your gateway API / secret key, and whether it is live or sandbox.
- eProcessingNetwork (ePN) — your ePN Account Number + a RestrictKey (create one in the ePN Account Manager).
- Braintree — Merchant ID, Public Key and Private Key (Control Panel → Settings → API Keys).
- Another gateway? Tell us the name — most expose an API login + key/secret and we'll wire it up.
Shipping
Shipping labels for orders you fulfill yourself
If you'll be shipping any orders yourself — cross-dock shipments, or ship-from-store / local-warehouse orders you pack and send from your own location (as opposed to dropshipping, where the distributor ships for you) — you'll need a way to buy and print carrier labels. For that we recommend EasyPost.
EasyPost gives you one account with discounted USPS, UPS and FedEx rates, and it connects directly to Trinity so labels and tracking flow automatically on the orders you fulfill in-house.
Create your EasyPost account here, then send us your EasyPost API key the same secure way as the credentials above:
Phase 3 · Before you send
Validate the credentials
Run this checklist for each distributor:
- Distributor name is correct.
- Dealer / customer number is included.
- Credentials were issued for data, API, Web Services, FTP, SFTP, or fulfillment use.
- Credentials are not merely the ordinary website login — unless the distributor confirmed they are correct.
- Every required account is included: Dealer, Fulfillment, Firearms, Accessories, or Dropship.
- Electronic ordering approval is confirmed separately from catalog access.
- The credentials are production credentials, not test or sandbox.
- The platform name (Trinity by 2AData) was provided to the distributor.
- Any third-party release form has been completed.
Phase 4 · Submit

Troubleshooting
If something isn't working
The distributor says "use your normal website login."
Reply: Please confirm in writing that my standard website username and password are authorized for third-party catalog synchronization and electronic order submission. If not, please route this request to Web Services, Data Services, or E-commerce Support.
The catalog connects, but orders fail.
Your catalog credentials may be correct while electronic ordering is not enabled. Ask the distributor to confirm fulfillment-account approval, dropship enrollment, and production API access.
Inventory does not update.
Confirm the hostname is complete, the username belongs to the correct account, the password has not expired, the distributor authorized Trinity by 2AData, the feed is production (not test), and the account is active and in good standing.
Only some product types can be ordered.
You may be missing a separate firearms, accessories, dropship, or fulfillment account. Ask which product classes are enabled for each credential set.
Credentials worked with a previous platform but fail here.
Some distributors provision credentials for a specific integrator. Ask the distributor to authorize Trinity by 2AData and issue new credentials if required.
