Crow Shooting Supply in your Trinity store
Short answer: Trinity reads your Crow Shooting Supply inventory feed every 15 minutes and submits purchase orders through Crow's ordering web service, with your FFL attached. For drop ships, Trinity uploads the FFL document to Crow automatically, and tracking comes back every hour. You need your own Crow dealer account with drop ship turned on by your rep.Updated November 5, 2026
What Trinity does with Crow Shooting Supply
Built into every Trinity store and maintained by 2AData. Used today on a Trinity dealer store that orders from Crow.
Your Crow account
You enter the account details and feed IDs from Crow once in your store admin. Trinity reads your Crow inventory feed and places orders on your account.
Checked every 15 minutes
Trinity checks your Crow inventory feed every 15 minutes for cost, quantity and MAP. If the feed comes back empty, Trinity asks Crow's web service for price and stock instead. If Crow data stops updating for 6 hours, those items show as out of stock.
Photos and specs from the 2AData catalog
Crow's feed supplies cost, quantity and MAP. Trinity matches each item by UPC to the shared 2AData catalog for the title, photos and specifications, and reads Crow's catalog file for hazmat and category flags.
Submitted through Crow's web service
When you choose Crow for an order, Trinity builds the order in Crow's system, attaches your FFL number and expiration date, sets shipping and submits it on your account. Drop ship and ship to your store are both supported.
Uploaded for you
For a drop ship, Trinity uploads the receiving FFL document to Crow automatically. For NFA items, it uploads your SOT as well.
Imported every hour
Trinity asks Crow for the status of each open order every hour and adds the tracking number when Crow ships.

Before you connect Crow Shooting Supply
- A Crow Shooting Supply dealer account in good standing. Every store orders on its own account.
- Ask your Crow rep to turn on drop ship and online ordering. Trinity uses your drop ship code for every Crow order, including orders shipped to your store.
- Your Crow feed IDs and document upload login, also from your rep.
- Items under $8, items Crow flags as hazmat, and powder are left out of your Crow catalog.
- If a submission to Crow times out, Trinity holds that purchase order until someone confirms it with Crow, so the same order is never sent twice.
- Cancellations and short shipments stay with your Crow rep. Trinity cannot cancel a Crow order or detect a sold out line after the order is sent.
The distributor credentials guide lists what to ask each distributor for.
Questions dealers ask about Crow Shooting Supply
Does Trinity use a Crow Shooting Supply API?
Yes for orders. Trinity submits purchase orders and checks order status through Crow's ordering web service. Stock and cost come from your Crow inventory feed, with Crow's web service as a fallback when the feed is empty.
How often does Crow stock update on my website?
Trinity checks your Crow feed every 15 minutes and then updates your store prices and stock. If Crow data stops updating for 6 hours, those items show as out of stock until fresh data arrives.
Do I need my own Crow account?
Yes. Trinity connects to your own Crow Shooting Supply dealer account. Your rep needs to turn on drop ship and online ordering for it. 2AData does not resell Crow access.
Does Trinity send my FFL to Crow?
Your FFL number and expiration date are attached to every Crow order. For a drop ship, Trinity also uploads the receiving FFL document to Crow, and for NFA items it uploads your SOT.
Why are some Crow items missing from my catalog?
Items under $8, items Crow flags as hazmat, and powder are left out. Crow lists some manufacturer shipped items with a placeholder quantity of 20,000 or more; Trinity shows those as 10 so your site never promises stock that is not there.
Is Crow included in my Trinity plan?
Each plan includes a number of distributor connections: 5 on Starter, 10 on Professional and every connector on Enterprise. Crow Shooting Supply counts as one of them.
The other distributors Trinity connects to
Trinity has 22 distributor connectors. Each dealer connects the distributors its own accounts allow, and the fulfillment picker compares the in stock sources for every order under your rules: RSR Group, Lipsey's, Sports South, MGE Wholesale, Zanders, Davidson's, Chattanooga Shooting Supply, Kinsey's, Camfour, Bill Hicks, Hicks Inc, Iron Valley Supply, MSR Distribution, Amchar, Orion, Gunarama, Kroll, Gun Accessory Supply, 2nd Amendment Wholesale, Tactical Gear Distributors, Athlon.
